56α βραβεία Grammy: Οι νικητές

Χθες το Staples Center του Los Angeles στέγασε τα 56α βραβεία Grammy, τα αντίστοιχα Όσκαρ για την μουσική βιομηχανία. Μεγάλοι κερδισμένοι της χθεσινής απονομής ήταν φυσικά οι Daft Punk (αναμενόμενο σε μεγάλο βαθμό) καθώς με το πασίγνωστο πλέον single "Get Lucky" και το δίσκο Random Access Memories πήραν την πρωτιά σε 4 κατηγορίες, Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance και Best Dance/Electronica Album.

Μεγάλοι κερδισμένοι των χθεσινών βραβείων ήταν επίσης η νεοζηλανδέζα Lorde στις κατηγορίες Song Of The Year και Best Pop Solo Performance, ενώ στην rap ξεχώρισαν οι Macklemore & Ryan Lewis με τα βραβεία για Best New Artist, Best Rap Album και Best Rap Performance.

Εναλλακτικό άλμπουμ της χρονιάς ( Best Alternative Music Album) ανακυρήθχηκε το Modern Vampires of the City των Vampire Weekend (εδώ αναπολούμε την προ τριετίας μεγάλη νίκη των Arcade Fire) ενω τον τίτλο του καλύτερου ροκ κομμάτιου κέρδισε ο David  Grohl για το "Cut Me Some Slack" από το μουσικό ντοκιμαντέρ Sound City.

Στην τελετή εμφανίστηκαν μεταξύ άλλων οι Daft Punk με τον Pharell Williams, τον Nile Rodgers αλλά και τον Stevie Wonder (!!), ενώ Paul McCartney και Ringo Starr βρέθηκαν ξανά μαζί επί σκηνής μετά από αρκετό καιρό παίζοντας ζωντανά το "Queenie Eye" του McCartney.
